
YAU Wing Sum, Kiki
My name is Kiki and I am currently teaching as an assistant lecturer and researching at the Graphic Archive in the Hong Kong Design Institute.
I have a research Master degree from the Typography & Graphic Communication Department, University of Reading. My Master thesis was about how word processing systems shaped the conventions in chinese–latin bilingual typography.
I was a research assistant and a graduate of the School of Design, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
I aspire to be a part of both worlds –
a designer equipped with skills in research, and a design researcher with experience in practices!
