In this group project of four students we are assigned with the text of Andy Warhol’s food-illustrated book Yum, Yum, Yum and each produced a chapter in the final publication.

Our group read the text as a ironic and sarcastic presentation of society, the publication was called ‘Hide and Seek’ because we thought that social issues can be invisible to our life unless we go look for them. Thus, seek and you shall find.

My topic was about ‘social network’, the behaviours and lifestyle of internet and social app users. The use of paper cutting with vibrant colour symbolised the seemingly fantasy of social network and the Internet. I associated food and social network with how people now are obsessed to put everything on the Internet without knowing the possibility risks and danger of personal information leakage.
