The project focused on improving the current design layout while keeping the distinct classy design and style arrangement of the current MONOCLE magazine. The changes can be applied and used right away without sacrificing the current mood and style of the magazine, as the modern and classy layout design were the things that the magazine always catches my attention in a bookstore among dozens of books.

Through this practice I studied the existing layout of the magazine and proposed a few changes, like a new typeface to pair with the existing brand typeface, page navigation system, and a number of rules in typesetting to achieve a more effective reading experience with MONOCLE magazines.
