'hoeng1 gong2 ngai4 hung4' (a Cantonese romanization of Hong Kong Neon 香港霓虹) is a guidebook created for neon sign spotting around Tsim Sha Tsui and Jordan districts in Hong Kong. It features a 2-hour walk introducing the past and present view of the last remaining neon signs in the neighbourhood.

The cover of the booklet is printed with neon paint through silk-screening. The elastic bands used to bind the booklets represent the wide range of colour in neon tubes.

The booklet is a small extension of the publication《霓虹黯色》in a portable format, composed bilingually, projecting the mobility aspect of the content in the book.
